Do you have any plans to sell Community coffee in K cups for the Keurig machine now that the patent has expired?
    Thanks for a great product!

Randy, we are dedicated to making the highest quality cup of coffee at the best value, while researching new, efficient and innovative ways to deliver this quality cup to our valued customers. We have expressed interest in joining Keurig in a partnership to produce Community Coffee K-cups. For now, we suggest using an adapter with our one-cup pods for the best one-cup coffee experience. Thank you for choosing Community Coffee!

Do the pods work in a Keurig machine?

Hi Megan! We do not recommend using our pods in a Keurig machine. We do, however, suggest an reusable adapter. Hope this helps!

I was drinking a cup of you cinnamon roll flavored coffee this morning while eating a banana and had a brilliant idea for a new flavor. Banana Foster flavored coffee. Garneted to be a big hit for New Orleans.

Wish community coffee came in k cups for convenience, although, some of the flavor may be lost due to fast brewing. However k cups are great for a quick morning cup, while brewing a small pot for afternoon savoring.

There is a small cup you can fill with coffee. You can purchase it at any Walmart. Fill it with community for an awesome cup of coffee. However that being said it does not let community off the hook. Come on community get a move on and get the k-cups going.

How much coffee do you recommend to put in the k cup adapter for the perfect cup?

    • Posted December 6, 2013 at 4:06 pm | Permalink | Reply

In general, we recommend filling your adapter up to the top. But depending on your taste perfernce, you may need to adjust to ensure your perfect boldness.

Just bought one box each of new K-cups from Community. Unfortunately I found them to be weak in flavor. I always thought Community was a bold, robust flavored coffee and I found these to be on the weak side.

I have used the K-cups in my cuisinart machine and they work great. I just bought two boxes of the pods and also have a kuerig machine in California. I will try to use a pod in it this evening but I dont expect any problems since I had none in my other machine. I usually buy Community dark roast in two lb. bags but they are hard to find. I travel and need those size packages because most places I go dont handle Community coffee.

does coffice stay freasher in the bag are platic container

    • Posted October 18, 2013 at 4:26 pm | Permalink | Reply

In general oxygen is the enemy of coffee freshness. The resealable bag limits the amount of oxygen that remains in the bag with your coffee. An air-tight container limits oxygen but can trap excess oxygen in with your coffee. This will cause it to go stale a little more quickly.

Have enjoyed Community coffee for over 40 years but have not had good success with your K cup solution. Repeatedly clogs my Keurig. Even bought a new Keurig and Community clogged it first time. Too much hassle so i switched to other K cup coffees. Not a problem since. Others have told me they had problems too. Hope the feedback will help as i would love to start drinking Community again

Your coffee rivals the pricey brands, such as Gevalia, New England or Dunkin Donuts, but the price is more reasonable. If you need it here’s the UPC: 35700 01820
