I have been a loyal supporter and daily drinker of Community Coffee for over 20 years.
Unfortunately, my family and I have been disappointed in your product ever since you
changed to the bags with the vent in them. We do not find the old delicious aroma that
was apparent when we opened the previous bags; we also find that the flavor of the
brewed coffee has declined sharply. Indeed, when we open the vented bags, we find that the lack of the original aroma gives us a sensation that the contents are stale, even
though the bag is within the “Brew By” date on each bag.

We would appreciate it very much if you would reply to this message and let us know how you can solve these problems. We hope you can accomplish this, so we can return to enjoying your coffee from a container that will retain the original aroma that we loved so much, and produce a brewed cup of coffee that yields the original delightful taste we liked for so many years.

We are continually researching new products, packaging and production methods in order to better serve consumers’ wants and needs. In recent years, the packaging trend has transitioned from “firm” to “gable top” packaging. Our switch to the 12 oz. “Easy Open Resealable” bags was made in response to these trends and to overwhelming customer requests for this innovative package. The 16 oz. and 23 oz. packages are still available on our website or through calling @ 800-884-5282.
