We all know that coffee roasting is somewhat of an art form, but 19-year-old Deana May is taking it to the next level. An upcoming artist from Robeline, La., Deana has been an aspiring creative since her childhood. Her artwork is created mostly with watercolor, oil pastels and acrylic, but there is one other medium that she has been experimenting with lately . . . coffee! Community® coffee, to be exact.
So far Deana has created three Community-coffee inspired pieces, two of which were made using nothing but our Signature Blend Dark Roast (and a paintbrush of course). Now that takes some patience! Her third piece was created using mixed media, including recycled Mochasippi lids from one of our CC’s Community Coffee House® locations.
Thank you, Deana, for sharing your artwork with us. We’re looking forward to seeing what you create next!
